The Board held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. Present
and acting on petitions were

William C Hays, Associate Member
Public hearings were held on the following petitions, beginning at 7 30 p.m
24 Donald Street, Francis M McNamara requested a special permit (Section 7.4.9)
to maintain existing dwelling as located and a variance from Table 2 (dimensional
controls) to add an addition (2'x8' )
196 Woburn St , Robert & David Modoono requested special permits to continue
operation of a roadside stand and to sell Christmas trees and wreaths in the
appropriate season (ZBL Table 1, lines 3 4 & 3 5) at Highland Farms.
52 Lowell St , Rosina Buse requested special permits to continue operation of a
roadside stand and to sell Christmas trees and wreaths in the appropriate season
(ZBL Table 1, lines 3.4 & 3.5) at Sun Valley Farms
85 Hartwell Avenue, Boston Properties requested to extend and/or renew and obtain
II/ a special permit (SPS - site plan approval - ZBL Section 3.4) as originally granted
by the Board of Appeals and filed with the Town Clerk. The special permit allowed
construction of a three-story office building and research park at 85 Hartwell Ave
(Table 1, 4.1-4 and 7 1 and 7.2) . No changes are requested.
85 Hartwell Avenue, Boston Properties requested to extend and/or renew and obtain
the variances (maximum percentage of compact automobile spaces and minimum width
of parking aisles - ZBL Section 9 8 2) as originally granted by the Board of Appeals
and filed with the Town Clerk for 85 Hartwell Ave No additional relief is requested
85 Hartwell Avenue, Boston Properties requested to extend and/or renew and obtain
the flood insurance special permit (ZBL Section 9.6) as originally granted by the
Board of Appeals and filed with the Town Clerk for 85 Hartwell Avenue. No changes
are requested
