BOARD OF APPEALS 1/6/83
' The Board held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. Present and
acting on petitions: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman
Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman
Robert M. Gary
Thomas G. Taylor
Clarence D. Turner, Associate
Public hearings were held on the following petitions, beginning at 7:30 p.m.:
26 Freemont St., Clark and Christin L. Worcester requested a variance of dimensional
controls to expand the existing deck along the side of the existing dwelling.
(ref. Section 7.1 and Table 2)
33 Young St., William J. Hurley requested a special permit pursuant to Section 7.4.9
(exemptions for certain non -complying buildings) to maintain the existing structures
as presently located at 33 Young St.
187-189 Bedford St., Philip Ciampa requested a special permit for an illuminated
sign (ZBL Section 10.2.5).
959 Waltham St., Lexington Lodge of Elks requested a temporary special permit (ZBL
Table 1, line 9.1) to allow for parking of six trailers to be used for the purpose
of distribution of telephone books.
17 Hartwell Ave., Kendall Co. requested a special permit to construct a solvent
storage shed (ZBL Table 1, line 8.13, Accessory use).
25 Bedford St., Moore Homes, Inc. requested a special permit (Section 3.3) to convert
a one -family home into a two-family home (Table 1, line 1.6).
Decisions filed with Town Clerk are listed below. Most decisions contain condi-
tions. Please see the decisions in each case for details. All decisions were
unanimous.
