HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-10-28TOWN OF LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS October 28, 1982 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in Selectmen's Meeting Room. Present and acting on petitions: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman Robert M. Gary Irving H. Mabee Laurence K. Redgate, Associate (1st) Public hearings were held on the following petitions, beginning at 7:30 p.m. 143 Reed Street, Carmella R. Braswell requested a special permit to continue to operate a telephone answering service from her residence (ref. Table I, lines 8.2, 9.1 and 2.3). 5 Gleason Road, Domenic J. and Christine B. DeFronzo requested a variance of dimensional controls to add a porch to the rear of their residence. 3 Carriage Drive, Paul Vinger requested a variance of dimensional controls to add an addition to the side of his residenc. 409 Mass. Ave., Lexington Toyota, Inc. requested a special permit for expansions by additions to Lexington Toyota Dealership Facilities in order to accommodate and more efficiently provide for customer service (ref. Table 1, lines 5.1, 5.2 ' & 5.4) . 409 Mass. Ave., Lexington Toyota, Inc. requested a special permit for signs. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk: 143 Reed St. - SP granted under 3.3 & Table 1, line 8.2 for 5 years. Expiration date 10/28/87. (unanimous decision) 5 Gleason Rd. - Variance granted unanimously. 3 Carriage Dr. - Variance granted unanimously. 409 Mass. Ave. - SP's for additions and signs granted unanimously.
