The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in Selectmen's Meeting Room.

Public hearings were held on the following petitions
3 Abbott Road, Jane L Forsyth requested a special permit to use a portion of
her residence for an office for counseling services (1980 - 1st SP)
287 Marrett Road, Michael and Joyce Jansen requested a variance of dimensional
controls to change an entrance from the rear to the side of the residence for
better access. New uncovered porch and stairs will have a side yard of 5'
instead of 7 ' Ref ZBL Section 7 & Table 2
331 Concord Avenue, Louis J Cannizzo requested a special permit to ratify the
use of his two-family home, which is located in an RO-single-family district
The house was converted to two-family by a previous owner without a special
permit. He wishes to add an addition to the rear Ref ZBL Table 1, line 1 6
(dwelling conversion to 2-family) and section 6 3 (enlarging non-conforming
2-family house)
2 and 3 Forbes Road, Honeywell, Inc requested a special permit, pursuant to
Table 1, line 9 1 and Section 3 3, to allow for the temporary use of up to
sixteen office trailers on the property Honeywell has moved part of its
operation to a leased building in Wilmington and is presently in the process of
completing plans to move an additional part of its operation to Marlboro
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk (all decisions were unanimous)
3 Abbott Rd - SP granted to Jane L. Forsyth only for 5 years (expires 7/31/87)
287 Marrett Road - Variance granted.
331 Concord Ave - SP granted to ratify the use of the two-family residence
2 & 3 Forbes Rd - SP granted (expiration date - October 13, 1983)
