Brodhead, Chairman, Robert M. Gary, Associates Eric T Clarke, Anne R. Scigliano, Clarence D Turner Public hearings were held on the following petitions 34 Middle St , Bruce and Priscilla Kinney requested a special permit for a pool, ZBL Section 5 7, and a variance of Section 5 7.1a to allow a side yard of 10' instead of 15' 17 Fairview Ave , George P and Ann K. Changelian requested a variance (ZBL Sec- tion 7 - Table 2) so that an enclosed foyer may be added to the side of the resi- dence adjacent to Colonial Avenue (paper street) Foyer will have a side yard of 10' instead of 20' 365 Waltham St., Joseph and Nicole DiMarzo requested a special permit for a standing sign (ZBL-Sections 10.4.4c and 10 1 4) at 365 Waltham St III 12 Appletree Lane, Alexander Vilenkin and Ina Simone requested a variance (ZBL Section 7 - Table 2) so that an addition may be added which will have a front yard setback of 25' instead of 30' . 4 Hartwell Place, Edward Colbert of Data Instruments, Inc requested a temporary special permit (ZBL Table 1, line 9 1) to allow two trailers to be located and used for one year at 4 Hartwell Place Mellex Rd @ Bedford Town Line, Dupree Associates requested a special permit (SPS -3.4) to construct a three-story building (Kiln Brook V) on land in Lexington zoned CM (manufacturing research park) , shown on Lexington Town Map 85, Lots 13 and 14 The continued hearing was held and completed on this date Decisions filed with the Town Clerk 34 Middle St. - SP for pool granted unanimously. - Variance to allow side yard of 10' granted unanimously 17 Fairview Ave. - Variance granted unanimously. 365 Waltham St. - SP for a standing sign granted unanimously 12 Appletree Lane - Variance granted unanimously. 4 Hartwell Place - SP granted for one year (expiration date 8/31/83) (a unanimous decision) .
