BOARD OF APPEALS
July 15, 1982

The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in Selectmen's Meeting Room.
Present and acting on petitions:
Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman

Jonathan P. Doran
Public hearings were held on the following petitions:
53 Bedford St., Manfred and Huguette Betten requested a special permit to continue
to operate the take out food business of the Gourmet Farm Kitchen at 53 Bedford St.
399 Lowell St., Peter Nacopoulos requested special permits for the operation of a
restaurant, fast food service, and take out food service at 399 Lowell St.
399 Lowell St., Peter Nacopoulos requested a special permit for an illuminated sign,
which reads Lexington House of Pizza, already on the building at 399 Lowell St.
59 Worthen Rd., Grace Chapel, Chairman -Trustees Board, Paul Dorian, requested a
special permit to allow the letters spelling "Grace Chapel" to be placed on each of
two sides of the church building on Worthen Road that faces East and Southeast.
3 Doran Farm Lane (Morrow Crossing), Moore Homes, Inc. requested a revision and
amendment to the Morrow Crossing Special Permit to allow the construction of an
addition to the rear of Unit 3J.
39 Woodcliffe Rd., Amelia Breiting and John Schmitz requested a variance to allow a
foyer to be added to the front of the dwelling. Foyer will be in line with existing
front platform with setback of 26.2' instead of required 30'.

53 Bedford St. - SP granted unanimously.
399 Lowell St. - SP's (all) granted unanimously.
59 Worthen Rd. - SP granted unanimously.
3 Doran Farm Lane - Revision & Amendment granted unanimously.
39 Woodeliffe Rd. - Variance granted unanimously.
