The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in Selectmen's Meeting Room
Present and acting on petitions: Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman, acting Chairman

Public hearings were held on the following petitions:
12 Larchmont Lane, Edeltraud Tissler requested a specail permit, pursuant to Zoning
By -Law Section 7.4.9, to allow the continued use and maintenance of the structures
as presently located on property at 12 Larchmont Lane.
88 Reed St., Donald W. Martini requested variances of dimensional controls to
maintain existing dwelling as located and to add an addition which will have less
than the required setbacks.
450 Bedford St., Michael L. Colangelo requested a special permit for two standing,
illuminated identification signs with logo, 450 Bedford St., at the entrance and
exit of property.
' 186 Bedford St., Mystic Valley Mental Health Center Association, Inc. requested an
amendment to a special permit granted by the Board of Appeals to allow a change in
operating hours.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
12 Larchmont Lane - SP granted unanimously.
88 Reed St. - Variances granted unanimously (no business may be carried on).
450 Bedford St. - SP granted unanimously.
186 Bedford St. - SP amended the hours to allow Mon. through Fri,, 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Two Tues. per month, 9 to 11 p.m. for
Board of Directors' and Committee
Meetings.
The meeting adjourned at 10:32 p.m.
