BOARD OF APPEALS

The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in Selectmen's Meeting Room.
Present and acting on petitions:
Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman

Public hearings were held on the following petitions:
39 Woodcliffe Rd., Amelia Breiting and John Schmitz requested variances of
dimensional controls to maintain existing structures as located and to add an
addition (foyer) which would have less than 30 ft. front yard setback.
55 Pleasant St., Evelyn R. and Grant J. Mayne requested variances of dimensional
controls to maintain existing house as located on Milliken Rd. and to add addition
which would have less than required frontyard setback (from Milliken Rd.).
1088 Massachusetts Ave., Wendy Tighe -Hendrickson requested a special permit to use
a portion of her home as an office for counseling as a licensed psychologist.

- variance for foyer addition denied by following vote:
