Brodhead, Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman Robert M. Gary Irving H. Mabee Thomas G. Taylor Public hearings were held on the following petitions: 39 Woodcliffe Rd., Amelia Breiting and John Schmitz requested variances of dimensional controls to maintain existing structures as located and to add an addition (foyer) which would have less than 30 ft. front yard setback. 55 Pleasant St., Evelyn R. and Grant J. Mayne requested variances of dimensional controls to maintain existing house as located on Milliken Rd. and to add addition which would have less than required frontyard setback (from Milliken Rd.). 1088 Massachusetts Ave., Wendy Tighe -Hendrickson requested a special permit to use a portion of her home as an office for counseling as a licensed psychologist. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 39 Woodcliffe Rd - variance for existing house granted unanimously. - variance for foyer addition denied by following vote: in favor: Woodruff M. Brodhead and Natalie H. Riffin; opposition: Robert M. Gary, Irving H. Mabee & Thomas G. Taylor - 55 Pleasant St. variances granted unanimously. 1088 Mass. Ave. - SP granted (expires May 27, 1985). Present and acting re.public hearing continued from April 22: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman Irving H. Mabee Thomas G. Taylor Eric T. Clarke, Associate Member Land off Grove St. & No. Emerson Rd., Oscar Cormier's request for SP for cluster development for 20 single family housing units.
