The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.
Present: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman
Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman
Robert M. Gary
Thomas G. Taylor
Clarence D. Turner, Associate
Public hearings were held on the following petitions.
87 Kendall Rd., Jean L. Parr - renewal of special permit to use a portion of her
home for an office for performing electrolysis by Jean L. Parr.
175 and 181 Bedford St., North Brook Park Condominium Trust - special permit to
allow free standing directory signs at 175 and 181 Bedford St.
459-505 Bedford St., Tennis Club Guarantors Trust and Lexington Racquet and Swim
Club, Inc., G. Richard Beamon and Frederick J. Conroy, Trustees - to modify and
clarify existing permit and also, to allow a restaurant on premises for members.
(Later it was agreed to substitute "kitchen/eating area/lounge" for the word
restaurant) .
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
87 Kendall Rd. - SP granted unanimously (expires 1/24/87)
175 and 181 Bedford St. - SP for 9 signs granted unanimously.
459-505 Bedford St. - SP modifying and clarifying their existing permit to allow
the kitchen, eating area, and lounge.
The meeting adjourned at 9:55 p.m.
