The Board of Appe s held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.

Public hearings were held on the following petitions (5).
10 Battle Green Road, Larry E. and Doris Ullrich Miller - special permit to
maintain the premises at 10 Battle Green Road as located with less than the
required front yard setback.
14 Boulder Road, Kent R. Loomis - special permit to maintain an existing porch
which is 10.3 ft, from a side lot line instead of the required 15 ft.
20 Waltham Street, Cory's of Lexington, Inc. - special permit to establish a
moderately priced restaurant featuring American fish and beef luncheon and
dinner specialties at 20 Waltham St.
1403 Massachusetts Avenue, Adams -Russell Co., Inc. - special permit for the
purpose of providing a television studio to broadcast community programming on
closed circuit and maintain ancillary support function by Lexington's cable
vision operator in that portion of the ground floor and first floor of the
building shown as rooms 5, 6, assembly, stage and 4 storage rooms in the former
Munroe School building at 1403 Massachusetts Avenue.

„74r Waltham Street, Manuel G. Rose, Jr. - special permit for a one year period
to operate a shop for light repairs to vehicles and to perform ornamental weld-
ing. Mr. Rose has engaged in this work for years and requests permission to
continue.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
10 Battle Green Road - SP granted unanimously.
14 Boulder Road - SP granted unanimously (for porch).
20 Waltham Street - SP granted unanimously.
1403 Mass. Ave. - SP granted (vote 4 to 1, Mr. Mabee
