HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981-10-08BOARD OF APPEALS October 8, 1981 7:30 p.m. The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. Present: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman Irving H. Mabee Thomas G. Taylor Ruth Morey, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions. 175-181 Bedford St., Mark Moore, Jr. - special permit for a free standing illum- inated sign, identifying North Brook Park and Heritage Hall and also a small directional sign on premises. 130 Pleasant Street, Lexington Montessori School - special permit, pursuant to Section 3.3, to construct a 2 -story, 2,500 sq. ft. addition at the rear of the present building at 130 Pleasant Street. 570 Marrett Road, Paul and Milenka Bauer - special permit for a continued use of the dwelling and garage at 570 Marrett Rd. under the provisions of Sections 3.3 and 7.4.9 and a variance to add an addition which would also have insuffici- ent setback. ' Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 175-181 Bedford St. - special permit for 2 signs granted unanimously. 130 Pleasant St. - special permit granted unanimously. 570 Marrett Rd. - special permit and variance granted unanimously. In other action the Board of Appeals unanimously approved the write-up of the decision re. 453 Concord Avenue, Krebs School Foundation, Inc., granting a SP for two signs. (The hearing was held on August 13. See the decision filed with the Town Clerk.for details of happenings between Aug. 13 and Oct. 8 relative to this decision.)
