The Board of Appeals held a regualr meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.

Clarence D. Turner, Associate
Public hearings were held on the following petitions.(3).
34 Circle Rd., John J. and Cheryl J. Kelly - special permit for a continued use
of the dwelling. Porchofhouse, built 23 years ago, is 11 feet from side yard
instead of 15 feet.
727 Marrett Rd., Sheraton Lexington Inn - special permit for an illuminated roof
sign.
93 Hancock St., Lexington Gardens, Inc. - for an amendment of present special
permit to include Sunday openings (12 noon to 6 p.m.) for 3 Sundays in December,
Dec. 6, 13 and 20, 1981.

,34 Circle Rd. - special permit.granted unanimously.
727 Marrett Rd.- special permit granted unanimously.
93 Hancock St. - special permit (temporary) granted unanimously for 1981 only.
The meeting adjourned at 9:32 p.m.
