The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.
Present: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman

Public hearings were held on the following petitions (6).
46 Lowell St., Jonathan E. Ludlow - variance of dimensional controls to maintain a
garage as presently located with insufficient rear and side yard setbacks.
235 Bedford St., Harry Knight - variance of dimensional controls to allow the
existing building to remain as located at 235 Bedford St. No use change is intended
or expanded.
424 Bedford St., Boston Properties - special permit to erect a temporary, free
standing sign during the construction of the office complex on the Site.
20 Waltham St., Postmark Steak House, Inc. (Melting Pot International, Inc.'s
building), Edward V. Jigarjian, Trustee - special permit to establish a restaurant
business at 20 Waltham St. (C9 zoning district).
60 Bedford St., Baybank Harvard Trust - special permit to install and maintain (in
a part of the existing building and proposed addition) at 60 Bedford St., automatic
teller machines for 24 hour banking use. The property is zoned CB -Central Business
District.
60 Bedford St., Baybank Harvard Trust - special permit to install an internally
illuminated sign at 60 Bedford St.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk and/or other action.
46 Lowell St. - Variance granted unanimously.
235 Bedford 5t. - Variance granted unanimously.
424 Bedford St. - SP denied unanimously.
60 Bedford St. - SP granted unanimously. (bank use)

20 Waltham St. - Petition withdrawn.
