Brodhead, Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman Robert M. Gary Thomas G. Taylor Jonathan P. Doran, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions (6). 46 Lowell St., Jonathan E. Ludlow - variance of dimensional controls to maintain a garage as presently located with insufficient rear and side yard setbacks. 235 Bedford St., Harry Knight - variance of dimensional controls to allow the existing building to remain as located at 235 Bedford St. No use change is intended or expanded. 424 Bedford St., Boston Properties - special permit to erect a temporary, free standing sign during the construction of the office complex on the Site. 20 Waltham St., Postmark Steak House, Inc. (Melting Pot International, Inc.'s building), Edward V. Jigarjian, Trustee - special permit to establish a restaurant business at 20 Waltham St. (C9 zoning district). 60 Bedford St., Baybank Harvard Trust - special permit to install and maintain (in a part of the existing building and proposed addition) at 60 Bedford St., automatic teller machines for 24 hour banking use. The property is zoned CB -Central Business District. 60 Bedford St., Baybank Harvard Trust - special permit to install an internally illuminated sign at 60 Bedford St. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk and/or other action. 46 Lowell St. - Variance granted unanimously. 235 Bedford 5t. - Variance granted unanimously. 424 Bedford St. - SP denied unanimously. 60 Bedford St. - SP granted unanimously.
