The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room

Public hearings were held on the following petitions (6)
46 Lowell St , Jonathan E. Ludlow - variance of dimensional controls to maintain a
garage as presently located with insufficient rear and side yard setbacks
235 Bedford St , Harry Knight - variance of dimensional controls to allow the
existing building to remain as located at 235 Bedford St No use change is intended
or expanded.
424 Bedford St , Boston Properties - special permit to erect a temporary, free
standing sign during the construction of the office complex on the Site
20 Waltham St., Postmark Steak House, Inc (Melting Pot International, Inc 's
building) , Edward V Jigarjian, Trustee - special permit to establish a restaurant
IIIbusiness at 20 Waltham St. (CB zoning district)
60 Bedford St., Baybank Harvard Trust - special permit to install and maintain (in
a part of the existing building and proposed addition) at 60 Bedford St. , automatic
teller machines for 24 hour banking use The property is zoned CB-Central Business
District.
60 Bedford St., Baybank Harvard Trust - special permit to install an internally
illuminated sign at 60 Bedford St
