The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.

Public hearings were held on the following petitions (6).
4 Hartwell Place, Data Instruments - temporary special permit for 3 trailers to
house employees during renovation of a portion of the interior of the building.
15 Holmes St., Charles Blumsack - special permit to install a swimming pool.
78 Wood St., Lawrence K. and Elaine M. Clark - special permit to install a pool
and a variance from the 15 ft. sideyard setback requirements to allow the pool to
have sideyards of 12.5 ft.
6 Melrose Ave., Eugene J. Bewig - variance of dimensional controls for a laundry
room addition which will have a sideyard of 8 ft. instead of 12 ft.
' 37 Cedar St., Jack L. and Margaret S. Hardy - variance of dimensional controls for
an addition, making the present one -car garage a two -car garage.with setback of
10 ft. from Childs Rd. (secondary street).
453 Concord Ave., Krebs School Foundation, Inc., Ida G. Krebs - special permit for
two standing signs.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk and other action.
4 Hartwell P1. - SP granted uanimously (expires 8/13/82).
15 Holmes St. - SP granted unanimously.
78 Wood St. - SP & variance granted unanimously.
6 Melrose Ave. - Variance granted unanimously.
37 Cedar St. - Variance granted (4 to 1, Gary voting in the negative).
453 Concord Ave. - decision postponed (see Oct. 8).
The meeting adjourned at 11:17 p.m.
