BOARD OF APPEALS

The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.
Present: Natalie H. Riffin, Vice -Chairman (acting chairman)

Ruth Morey, Associate
Public hearings were held on the following petitions.
32 Philip Rd., John J. & Gayle F. Danchik - variances of dimensional controls to
maintain existing structures as presently located.
33 Dexter Rd., David and Patricia Needham - variances of dimensional controls to
maintain existing house and to add an addition with garage under with insufficient
side yard.
20 Pelham Rd., Nobscot Foundation, Inc. (Westbridge School) - renewal of special
permit to continue to use a portion of the former school building owned by the Grey
Nuns Charities for a private, independent day school for boys.
10 Pelham Rd., Minuteman Home Care Corporation and Cooperative Elder Services, Inc.
' - reliewal of special permit to allow the applicants to continue to use a portion of
the former school building owned by the Grey Nuns Charities for an elderly day care
and home care center.
iL6 Doran Farm Lane (in Morrow Crossing Condos), Mark Moore, Jr., Trustee & President
of Morrow Crossing Condominium Trust, for an amendment and revision of the special
permit granted for the development of Morrow Crossing. (Sec. 8.1.15) Also a variance
from dimensional controls so that a porch may be added to the rear of the dwelling
owned by Alfred and Eva Cavaretta.
31 Allen St., John P. Carroll - renewal for 3 years of the Board of Appeals Permit
(expires 7/18/81) which allows him to pick up and keep cars on the premises known
as 31 Allen St.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
32 Philip Rd. - Variances granted unanimously.
33 Dexter Rd. - Variance to maintain house with 10 ft. front yard setback granted.
Variance for addition denied. (both decisions were unanimous)
20 Pelham Rd. - SP granted unanimously (expires 8/15/83).
10 Pelham Rd. - SP granted unanimously (expires 8/15/83).
16 Doran Farm Lane - Variance denied re. setback from conservation land;
Variance granted to allow a porch addition. (both decisions
were unanimous) .
31 Allen St. - SP granted unanimously. (see conditions of the permit)
The meeting adjourned at 10:26 p.m.
