Brodhead Irving H. Mabee Natalie H. Riffin William J. Scouler, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions. 335 Marrett Rd., Cynthia S. Saakvitne - variance of dimensional controls to main- tain existing garage, which has a side yard setback of 10 ft. instead of 15 ft. 15 Prospect Hill Rd. - variance of dimensional controls to maintain existing dwelling which has a westerly side yard setback of 6 ft. and an easterly side yard setback of 8 ft. instead of the required 10 ft. Melinda N. Hartford is Petitioner. 1721 Mass. Ave., Henry Lantagne Convenience Food Store d/b/a Li'l Peach - special permit for take out food service. 1800 Mass. Ave., Lexington Kitchens Unlimited, Herve J. Dube, Jr. - special permit for the retail business as a store and showroom for bath and kitchen counters, van- ities and other ancillary equipment, incidental office area and including specialty ' furniture and other wood items, appliances, utilities and displays including cur- tains, draperies, yarns and fabric goods in the existing first floor area. 60 Bedford St., Medi Mart Div. of Stop and Shop Co., Inc. - special permit for a sign which will exceed the size permitted under zoning. 7 Mass. Ave., Malcolm Keljikian - special permit for an illuminated sign on building. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 335 Marrett Rd. - Variance granted unanimously. 15 Prospect Hill Rd. - Variance granted unanimously. 1721 Mass. Ave. - SP granted unanimously. 1800 Mass. Ave. - SP granted uanimously. 60 Bedford St. - SP granted unanimously (see special conditions). 7 Mass. Ave. - SP granted unanimously.
