Brodhead Natalie H. Riffin Irving H. Mabee Thomas G. Taylor Public hearings were held on the following petitions. 185 Bedford St., Foster and Foster Real Estate, Inc. - special permit for a standing sign. Propert is owned by Craig Foster, Arthur and Steven P. Zeitler. 531 Mass. Ave., Laurence J. and Cecilia R. Kipp - variance of dimensional controls to reduce the area of the lot at 531 Mass. Ave. from 26,600 sq. ft. to 19,248 sq. £t. but not changing the existing street frontage (100.55 ft.). The reduced area of 7,352 sq. ft. is to become part of the premises at 517 Mass. Ave. 24 Parker St., Kenneth B. and Kyle P. James - variance to replace the old noncon- forming 2 -story barn and carport (breezeway) with a one story two car garage and breezeway and extend it an additional 4.feet on the side for yard tools, bicycles, ' etc. The new structure will have a side yard of 6 feet. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 185 Bedford St. - SP for standing sign granted unanimously (see conditions). 531 Mass. Ave. - V for lot line changes granted unanimously (see 517 Mass.
