The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.

Public hearings were held on the following petitions.
25 Taft Ave., Glen R. Elliott - variance to maintain existing dwelling.
23 Blueberry Lane, Jeraldine Martinson - variance of dimensional controls in order
to construct an addition to the existing dwelling and any variance necessary to
maintain existing structures.
739 Massachusetts Ave., Waldorf School, Inc. - special permit for a free standing
identification sign. Waldorf School is leasing the former Adams School from the
Town of Lexi gton.
63 Paul Revels Rd., John D. Brucchi - renewal of special permit to operate a pri-
vate riding school for two years.
1265 Mass. A ., Seasons Four - renewal of special permits:

Christmas trees
and wreaths t retail in the
nursery yard and extend opening
hours to
be effective

1265 Mass. Aire.- SP granted (4 to 1, Mr. Taylor voting in negative) for 1980 only.
