The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.

Public hearings were held on the following petitions.
18 Lockwood Rd., Vincent M. Cerbone - variances of dimensional controls in order to
add a sunporch and to maintain a shed located near rear and side lot lines.
5 Lake St., Catherine Fiske Higgins - variance of dimensional controls to attach a
solar greenhouse to the side of an existing dwelling.
154 Adams St., Warren J. Palmer - variance of dimensional controls to maintain an
existing dwelling.
409 Mass. Ave., D & R Realty and Lexington Toyota, Inc. - special permit to con-
struct an addition to be used to house storage of parts.
'177 Bedford St. and 179-181 Bedford St., Lexington Council No. 94 Knights of Columbus
Building Association, Inc. and Moore Homes, Inc. - variances with reference to park-
ing provisions.
1620 Mass. Ave., G. Ruth McCormack & Maryelene R. Dailey - variance of dimensional
controls to allow for construction of an addition to existing building. The requested
variance will allow the existing sidewall of the structure to be extended.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
18 Lockwood Rd. - granted unanimously.
5 Lake St. - granted unanimously.
154 Adams St. - granted unanimously.
409 Mass. Ave. - granted unanimously.
177 Bedford St. (K of C building) - variance granted to allow 86 parking spaces.
179-181 Bedford St. (Moore Condos.) - variance to allow 37 of the 64 parking spaces
required to be located at 177 Bedford St. and shared with 177 Bedford St.
