Public hearings were held on the following petitions
3 Abbott Rd. , Jane L. Forsyth - special permit to engage in a home occupation of
counseling services
38 Normandy Rd., Richard M. Penta - variance from dimensional controls to reconstruct
and extend the front wall of existing single-family dwelling The front yard setback
will be 24 feet instead of the required 30 feet
35 Woodcliffe Rd , Leon Gunther - variance from dimensional controls to allow a
front yard setback of 25 feet instead of 30 feet
54 Tarbell Ave , Russell A. Lemoine - variance to maintain the existing house as
III located with insufficient setbacks Also, a variance so that an existing porch may
be repaired, enclosed and enlarged resulting in a further side yard variance
The Board of Appeals by legal notice, etc reopened the public hearing held
June 12 on the petition of Boston Properties for special permits to construct and
use a two-building multi-tenant office complex to be located on 21 acres of land,
zoned CH - hotel, office, research park See letter to Town Clerk, Legals, etc
