Ruth Morey, Chairman Irving H Mabee Natalie H Rif fin Thomas G Taylor Robert M. Gary, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions. 3 Minute Man Lane, Gertrude A. Flynn - special permit to construct an inground pool 44 Allen Street and Clematis Way, Trinity Realty Trust, Dennis R. Lowe, Trustee - variance of dimensional controls to allow a 50' frontage for the existing church building. (Trinity Covenant Church) 44 Allen Street, Clematis Way, Trinity Realty Trust, Dennis R. Lowe, Trustee - special permit to subdivide a 14.4 acre tract of land as a cluster development, for 6 single family house lots of not less than 20,000 sq ft. per lot and with frontage of not less than 120 ft. Parcel "A" containing the Church is not one of the six lots but is included in the Cluster Development.
