The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.
Present: Ruth Morey, Chairman

Public hearings were held on the following petitions.
1061-1063 Mass. Ave. - variances to allow garages and shed to remain as located.
87 Kendall Rd., Paul E. and Jean L. Parr - special permit to use portion of dwelling
for an office for performing electrolysis.
93 Hancock St., Lexington Gardens, Inc. - renewal of special permit to sell supple-
mentary items (under nursery) as specified in 24.5, paragraph 1.
93 Hancock St., Lexington Gardens, Inc. - special permit to expand list (above) to
include sale of firewood.
Bowker St. (Lots 317 & 318, Map 13), Edward D. Tocio - variance to construct house.
' 25 Marrett St. (Lot 5, Map 60), DeSimone Construction Co., Inc. - variance to build
house on eight acres of land off Marrett St. having frontage of 20 ft.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
1061-1063 Mass. Ave. - one garage & shed may remain as located.
- one must be removed. (unanimous decisions)
87 Kendall Rd. - granted 4 to 1 (Mrs Morey opposed), permit expires 1/24/82.
93 Hancock St. - granted renewal; denied sale of firewood.
Bowker St. - granted variance but voted to defer filing to allow applicant to take
certain steps re. paper street. Decision filed 3/18/80.(See 3/13/80)
25 Marrett St. - granted unanimously.
Other Action, etc.'
The Board received an invitation to attend Selectmen's Meeting of Tues., Feb. 19,
8 p.m. to discuss center business district problems. None of the members will be able
to attend. The Chairman will ask Thomas G. Taylor (not present) if he will be willing
to represent the Board of Appeals.
The meeting adjourned at 11:08 p.m.
