The Board oft Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.

Public hearings were held on the following petitions
2 Leroy Rd., Lydia T Darress, f/n/a Lydia T Bellantoni - variance to maintain
existing structures built between 1941 and 1943
112 Kendall Rd. , Nicholas A. and Alma V LaFauci - variance to maintain dwelling
as located.
10 Maguire Rd. , Itek Corp - special permit to allow for alteration of a building
9 Ledgelawn Ave., Elizabeth A. Bentley - variance to maintain existing dwelling
and a variance to construct an addition
4 Berwick Rd. (Lot 57) , Guy F Reed, Jr. and Marjorie S. Reed - variance to allow

construction of a house This is an appeal from the denial of a building permit
by the Building Commissioner
179 Bedford St. , Lex. Council No 94 K of C Building Association, Inc - special
permit for G 0 GRAPHICS, INC. to occupy leased office space at 179 Bedford St.

The Board discussed the Warrant Articles proposed for Town Meeting by the
Planning Board for changes to the sign by-law and zoning by-law; in particular
"accessory apartments" and "Use Variances" It has been proposed that the sign
by-law become part of the zoning by-law The Board took no official action at
this time
The meeting adjourned at 10 05 p m.
