'Ihe Board ofjAppeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.
Present: Ruth Mosey, Chairman

Public hearings were held on the following petitions:
2 Leroy Rd., Lydia T. Darress, f/n/a Lydia T. Bellantoni - variance to maintain
existing structures built between 1941 and 1943.
112 Kendall Rd., Nicholas A. and Alma V. LaFauci - variance to maintain dwelling
as located.
10 Maguire Rd., Itek Corp, - special permit to allow for alteration of a building.
9 Ledgelawn Ave., Elizabeth A. Bentley - variance to maintain existing dwelling
and a variance to construct an addition.
4 Berwick Rd. (Lot 57), Guy F. Reed, Jr. and Marjorie S. Reed - variance to allow
2 Leroy Rd. - granted unanimously.
112 Kendall Rd. - granted unanimously.
10 Maguire Rd. - granted unanimously.
9 Ledgelawn Ave. - granted unanimously.
4 Berwick Rd. - granted unanimously.
179 Bedford St. -'granted unanimously.
Other business:
The Board discussed the Warrant Articles proposed for Town Meeting by the
Planning Board for changes to the sign by-law and zoning by-law;, in particular
"accessory apartments" and "Use Variances". It has been proposed that the sign
by-law become part of the zoning by-law. The Board took no official action at
this time.
The meeting adjourned at 10:05 p.m.
