The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.

Public hearings were held on the following petitions:
62 Bow St., Lee B. and Anna G. Jackson - variance to maintain existing dwelling
as located.
1734 Mass. Ave., Christos Kontos - special permit for take out food service for the
sale specifically of pastries, sandwiches and pizza to be baked on the premises now
being operated as Cheryl's Bakery.
1715 Mass. Ave., Daman Commissary Corp. - special permit to operate a restaurant
and to provide take out food service.
177 Mass. Ave., Bora-Bora, Inc. - special permit to continue the operation of an
existing Chinese Restaurant,
' 46 Farmcrest Ave -.t Eleanor M. Hansen - variance to maintain existing dwelling as
located.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
62 Bow St. - unanimously granted.
1734 Mass. Ave.-junanimously granted.
1715 Mass. Ave. -'unanimously granted.
177 Mass. Ave. - unanimously granted.
46 Farmcrest Ave. unanimously granted.
