The Board of ,Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room
beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearing having
been mailed and advertised as required by statute.
117 Kendall Rd., Julianne T. Kayce - special permit for a swimming pool.
1265 Mass. Ave., Anthony R. Cataldo, d/b/a Gold Ribbon Farms - renewal of permission
to process and sell fruits and vegetables at premises located at Gold Ribbon Farms.
70 North St., S & A Realty Trust, R. H. Hall - variance for side yard.
655 Marrett Rd., Alice Louise Kane - variance to maintain dwelling as located.
28 Cottage St., Robert W. Hoye - variance to allow construction of a house. A
building permit was denied by the Building Commissioner. (Lots 20-24)
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
