Taylor Natalie H Rif fin Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings having been mailed and advertised as required by statute 204 East St. , Diane M. Zani - special permit to construct a pool 11 Cottage St., James E. Mantinio - variance to construct a two-story addition 22 Muzzey St. , Daniel C. Yuill - variance to use premises for office uses 125 Hartwell Ave , Michael Colangelo and Josephine Colangelo - special permit (SPS site plan review) for construction of an office building and special permit for a standing sign 10 Pelham Rd. , Nobscot Foundation, Inc. - special permit to operate a private indepen- ' dent school for boys (grades 7-12) , known as "Westbridge", in a portion of the school building owned by the Grey Nuns 10 Pelham Rd. , Minuteman Home Care Corp and Cooperative Elder Services, Inc. - special permit to allow Petitioners, non-profit corporations, to use a portion of the former school building owned by Grey Nuns Charities, Inc for an elderly day care and home care center Decisions filed with Town Clerk 204 East St. - granted unanimously 11 Cottage St. - granted unanimously 22 Muzzey St. - denied unanimously 125 Hartwell Ave - granted unimously 10 Pelham Rd.
