Cole BOARD OF APPEALS June 14, 1979 ' The Board of11Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room beginning at 7:30'p.m. Present: Ruth Mo' y, Chairman *Robert M. Gary, Associate (acting on Ridge Woodruf M. Brodhead Estates II hearing only, Irving Mabee in place of Ruth Morey.) Thomas Taylor Clarence D. Turner Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings having been mailed and a vertised as required by statute. 32 Hartwell Ave.,Boston Properties (managing agents for MBZ-Lex Trust, Mortimer B. Zuckerman, Tr. (Hewlett-Packard, lessee of property) - site plan review (ZBL 13 -SPS) to modify and alter a special permit issued to Trustees, Hartwell -Lexington Trust, a predecessor in title, to permit an addition and construction of additional park- ing to serve new ddition. Also special permits under 25.4.1, 25.4.3, 25.4.4, 25.7.1, 25.7.2, 25.7.3, 2 -9.5, 25.9.13 & 25.9.14 (Use Reg. Schedule) to permit erection of an addition to be ,utilized by the current Lessee Hewlett-Packard. 66 Oak St., Jeffry and Sarah Ashe - variance to construct an addition. 21 Blossom Street Robert D. Patterson - variance to construct a greenhouse. ' 44 York St., Marjory H. Bottoms - variance to maintain house as located. *23, 43, 47, 49 gdge Rd. and 124 Laconia St., Kerrie Realty Tr., Theodore L. Freeman -special permit for cluster development on 45 acres for 45 single family house lots. Development became known as Ridge Estates II. Woodruff M. Brodhead was acting chair- man for this hearing. Robert M. Gary* "sat" in place of Ruth Morey. Decisions filed w�th the Town Clerk. 32 Hartwell Ave. + decision postponed to June 28, 1979. 66 Oak St. - granted unanimously. 44 York St. - grated unanimously. 21 Blossom St. - granted unanimously. *Ridge Estates II'I- granted unanimously with conditions.
