The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room
beginning at 7.30 p.m.

Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings
having been mailed and advertised as required by statute.
3 Dee Rd., Lucy Forbes Shevenell - variance to maintain dwelling as located.
11 Circle Rd., Mary L. and Chung Y. Hwang - variance to maintain.
1265 Mass. Ave., .Seasons Four, Inc. - special permit to sell Christmas trees and
to open later hours for Christmas holiday season, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.
to 9 p.m. from November 19 until December 24, 1979.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
3 Dee Rd. - granted unanimously.
' 11 Circle Rd. - granted unanimously.
1265 Mass. Ave. - granted unanimously with conditions (exp. date 12/24/79).
The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
