The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room
beginning at 7:30 p.m.

HEARINGS IN THE ORDER SCHEDULED
49 Outlook Drive, Albert G. Montgomery and Dee Ann Montgomery - variance to maintain
existing structure as located.
4 Sullivan St., David R. Young - variance to permit construction of a single family
home on 50 ft., 5,000 sq. ft. area, lot.
6 Sullivan St., Stanley R. and Mary E. Young - variance to permit construction of a
single family home on lot with 4,979 sq. ft. and 50 ft. frontage.
93 Hancock St., Lexington Gardens, Inc. - renewal of the special permit to store
and sell in conjunction with the operation of a nursery all the supplementary items
specified in 24.5, paragraph 1.
Decisions filed with the Town clerk.
