Wadsworth, Chairman Ruth Morey, Vice Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Associate Eric T. Clarke, Associate Clarence D. Turner, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. 17 Liberty Avenue, Joseph Jiann S and May Wang Shen - variance to maintain dwelling as presently located on the lot. 49 Forest St., Mrs. Daniel A. Cronin - variance to maintain dwelling as presently located on the lot. 7 Field Rd., Bruce B. and Nancy C. Hickox - variance to maintain dwelling as presently located on lot. 443 Lincoln St., Albert R. Piantedosi - variance to allow temporary parking of not Rowland Avenue, Daniel L. Palant - variance to allow Lot #37, at the end of Rowland Ave. to be established as a buildable lot for a single family dwelling. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 17 Liberty Avenue - granted unanimously. 49 Forest St., (Mrs.) Daniel A. Cronin - granted unanimously. 7 Field Rd. - granted unanimously. 443 Lincoln St. - granted for 2 years with conditions (exp. date 12/28/80). 12 Briggs Rd. - granted for 2 years (to settle right of way issue). Rowland Ave. - (land owned by American Tel. & Tel. Co.) DECISION deferred to 1/11/79. The meeting adjourned at 10:50 p.m. Respectfully �soubmitted, Evelyn F. The area where the motor vehicles are renewal of a stored will not be permit which will visible from the street. This is a request for expire on December 12, 1978. 12 Briggs Rd., Robert F. Collins - temporary special permit to allow construction and use of a temporary carport for 5 years. Rowland Avenue, Daniel L.
