Wadsworth, Chairman Ruth Morey Woodruff M. Brodhead Irving H. Mabee William J. Scouler, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. Lexington Historical Society - renewal oftemporaryspecial permit allowing the erection, maintenance and use for two additional years of 32 historic (sites) markers in various parts of.Lexington. The first permit was granted in the Fall of 1974, was renewed in 1976 and expires in the Fall of 1978. 239 Lowell Street, Richard F. Crawford - variance to construct a carport. Petitioner has been denied a building permit. 21 Robbins Road, Gary I and Linda R. Portnay - variance to alter their residence by additions. Petitioners have been denied a building permit. ' 12-18 Hartwell Avenue, Michael & Josephine Colangelo - special permits for addition to existing building and for use of the addition for offices. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. Lexington Historical Society - granted unanimously until the fall of 1980. 239 Lowell St. - granted unanimously with conditions. 21 Robbins Rd. - denied by vote of 4 to 1 (Mr. Brodhead in favor). 12-18 Hartwell Ave. - granted unanimously with conditions.
