The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room
beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings
having been mailed and advertised as required by statute.
47 Liberty Ave., Ming Jer Tsai and Huan Rosa Tsai'- variance to maintain deck as
located.
101 Burlington St., J. Edward & Helen S. Kracoff
103 Burlington St., John A. and Dorothy M. Boggia
105 Burlington St., Robert A. & Mary M. Leone
-variances to allow lot lines to be maintained as shown on a plot plan
entitled"subdivision plan of land in Lexington, April 26, 1978" by Phillips &
Chatel Associates, Engineers & Land Surveyors, Melrose. This request is an
attempt to make side yards more in compliance with zoning by-law requirements.
' 20-24 Hartwell Ave., Michael & Josephine Colangelo & Mico Realty Trust - special
permit to construct an additional building connected to the existing structure
and special permits for the uses to be made of this additional building. ALSO,
request is made for a variance to maintain existing structure with a 75' setback
instead of 100 '.
150 East Street, Doran Greenhouses, Inc. - renewal of special permits.
1265 Mass. Ave., Anthony R. Cataldo - renewal of permission to process and sell
fruits and vegetables at premises located at Gold Ribbon Farms.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
47 Liberty Ave. - granted unanimously.
101, 103, 105 Burlington St. — granted unanimously.
20-24 Hartwell Ave. - all requests granted unanimously with conditions.
150 East St. - all requests granted unanimously with conditions. (expi 11/18/80)
1265 Mass. Ave. - Decision deferred to 11/9/78 when it -was granted unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 11:35 p.m.
