The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room
beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Present: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman
Ruth Morey
Woodruff M. Brodhead
Thomas G. Taylor
Robert M. Bowyer, Associate
Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearings
having been mailed and advertised as required by statute.
1776 Mass. Ave_, Lexington Savings Bank - permit to install two bronze plaques on
the inside walls of the entrance to the lobby of the bank.
1-16 Judges Rd. (Lexington Homes, Inc.) - permit to erect a standing sign and a
variance to build a storage shed.
30 Valley Rd., Helen E. and Robert J. Coughlin - variance to maintain breezeway
and garage as located.
47 Liberty Avenue, Ming -,Ter and Huan Rosa Tsai — variance to maintain existing
deck as located. Stephen Russian, Attorney. (no one appeared at hearing.)
' 24 Hartwell Avenue (formerly 20), Michael Colangelo - special permit to build a
two-story addition. The proposed use will be for office and cafeteria space.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
1776 Mass. Ave. - granted unanimously with conditions.
1-16 Judges Rd. - granted unanimously with conditions.
30 Valley Rd. - granted unanimously.
47 Liberty Ave. _ Thomas G. Taylor made a motion that we allow petitioners to
reschedule a hearing at a latter date. Unanimouly granted.
24 Hartwell Ave. - Petition withdrawn without prejudice by unanimous vote.
The meeting adjourned at 10:42 p.m.
