HomeMy WebLinkAbout1978-09-07BOARD OF APPEALS September 7, 1978 ' The Board of Appeals met at the call of the Chairman, George P. Wadsworth for the purpose of making decisions in regard to: The property of Phyllis Johnson, 51 Spring St. and the property of Scott D. MacKay, 309 Marrett Rd. Public hearings were held in regard to both properties on July 27, 1978. At 7:00 p.m. in Room 111, Town Office Building, the Chairman called the meeting to order. All members who sat for July 27 were present: G. Wadsworth, - R. Morey, T. Taylor, E. Clarke and C. Turner. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk: 51 Spring St. - grantedunanimouslywith conditions. 309 Marrett Rd. - granted unanimously with conditions. The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. Board members met with the Building Commissioner, Peter F. DiMatteo, who had requested a meeting to discuss common problems, rules, regulations, etc. immediately following its posted, advertised open meeting, at 7:30 p.m. I No formal action was taken by the Board. Cole Administrative Clerk, BOARD OF APPEALS Note: SUMMARY OF BOARD OF APPEALS MEETINGS other than regular meetings: Sept. 6, 1978 Chairman attends Selectmen's Breakfast Meeting, 7:30 a.m. Sept. 7, 7:00 p.m. Board members who "sat" for Johnson & MacKay hearings met. 7:30 p.m. Board members met with Building Commissioner. Sept. 11 - Selectmen have invited the Planning Board and Board of Appeals to meet with them to discuss Zoning Enforcement. It will be agenda item. The time set 8:00 p.m. (Reg. Selectmen's Meeting Night). 1
