Sun Valley Associates, Inc. - special permit to build a concrete tennis backboard
(10' x 45' and 12" thick) and to pave an additional area (45' x 50') on one side
of the *all (backboard). The property is located at 14 Fairlawn Lane.
Carmell R. Braswell - special permit, in accordance with the provisions of Sec-
tions 1;.2 and 25.23, to install a telephone switchboard for the purpose of

Manuel f. Rose Jr. - renewal of the special permit to Manuel G. Rose, Jr., pur-

Estate Of Peter J. Salvi - variance under section 27 and other applicable provi-

Consulting Engineers," by approving the relocation of the common boundary line
of Lots1103 and 104, (Sheet 90, Assessors' Map, Town of Lexington, James L.
Sewall Company, Old Town, Me.) as shown on said plan dated February 16, 1977, so
as to illcrease the area of Lot 103 to 8,1071 square feet with frontage on Winter
Street 6f 102 feet, and to reduce Lot 104 to an area of 9,074± square feet with
frontago on Winter Street of 150 feet.
Diran D« Keshian - special permit and variance of Sections 30.3 and 27 to maintain
an existing dwelling with a setback of 16 feet and to construct an addition to the
side anal rear of said existing single family house at 455 Lowell Street.

Sun Valley - granted unanimously, subject to certain conditions.
Braswell - granted unanimously for one year, subject to certain conditions.

Dear Mr. Wadsworth:
At Its regular meeting on April 4, the Board of Selectmen voted to
reapipoint Thomas G. Taylor as a member of the Board of Appeals for
a five-year term expiring March 31, 1982.
The µBoard also voted to appoint Allen Lee Whitman and William J.
Scowler as Associate Members and reappointed Natalie H. Riffin,
Clapence D. Turner, Robert M. Gary, and Haskell W. Reed as Associate
Members for one-year terms expiring March 31, 1978.
