Turner, Associate Pu lic hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of the hear- ings ha ' ng been mailed and hearings advertised in the Lexington Minute-Man newspaper as required by statute Sun Valey Associates, Inc - special permit to build a concrete tennis backboard (10' x 5' and 12" thick) and to pave an additional area (45' x 50') on one side of the *all (backboard).
