Taylor as a member of the Board of Appeals for a five-year term expiring March 31, 1982. The µBoard also voted to appoint Allen Lee Whitman and William J. Scowler as Associate Members and reappointed Natalie H. Riffin, Clapence D. Turner, Robert M. Gary, and Haskell W. Reed as Associate Members for one-year terms expiring March 31, 1978.
