HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-04-15BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING April 15, 1969 A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals.was held on Tuesday, April 15, 1969, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Sheldon, Dawes, Wadsworth, and Associate Member, Emery. The following petitions were heard: Albert J. DeBernardi - permission to maintain the house at 22 Harbell Street, with a front yard of 28 1/2 feet instead of the required 30 feet. Kennecott Copper Corporation - Ledgemont�Laboratory - permission to construct a four -level parking structure and related changes in site constnnction according to drawings submitted. Dominic Deflice - for a Finding and Determination to build an office building 64' x 112', two-story and basement, on Lot No. 4, 21 Worthen Road, plot and parking plans in accordance with drawing submitted. Middlesex Tennis_ and Swin Club - permission to build four outdoor tennis courts at 415 Bedford Street, according th drawings submitted. ' Frank and Clara DiRocco_- variance to make Lot DB on Sanderson Road a buildable lot with insufficient area and frontage. At the close of the hearings, an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Albert J. DeBernardi - granted. Kennecott Copper Corporation - granted. Dominic Deflice - granted. The building is to conform exactly with that recently built next door. Middlesex Tennis and Swim :Club - Granted. Court No. 1 to be 60' x 120', hurts Nos. 2, 3, and 4 to be 156' x 120', court 0. 1 to be continuous to court No. 2. No bleachers would be constructed, but benches would be built inside the fence.
