HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-12-03BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING December 3, 1968 A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, December 3, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Sheldon, Wadsworth and Associate Members Morey and Brodhead. The following petitions were heard: Julius G. Winkler - for a variance to permit the addition of a garage to be attached to the house, and to build a living room 17.5' x 22' on top of the garage at 52 Albemarle Ave. The distance from the addition will be 24.36' instead of the required 30' in a southeasterly direction. Donald J. & Susan M. Watson - for a variance to maintain the dwelling at 5 Revere Street, having a front yard setback of 28.7' in- stead of the required 30'. Oscar Cormier - for a variance of the Lexington Zoning By -Law in order to build a house on a lot at #11 Webster Rd., which contains 11,400 ft. instead of the required 15,500 ft. Oneida Corp. (Drummer Boy_) - For a special permit to subdivide a tract of land according to the planned unit development requirements of the Town of Lexington. The tract of land is located at #495 Bed- ford St., comprises approximately 50 acres of land and is more commonly known as the "Drummer Boy" land. Julius G. Winkler - Granted Donald J. & Susan M.
