HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-12-03 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING December 3, 1968 A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, December 3, 1968, at 7 30 p.m in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Sheldon, Wadsworth and Associate Members Morey and Brodhead. The following petitions were heard Julius G Winkler - for a variance to permit the addition of a garage to be attached to the house, and to build a living room 17 5' x 22' on top of the garage at 52 Albemarle Ave The distance from the addition will be 24 36' instead of the required 30' in a southeasterly direction Donald J & Susan M Watson - for a variance to maintain the dwelling at 5 Revere Street, having a front yard setback of 28 7' in- stead of the required 30' Oscar Cormier - for a variance of the Lexington Zoning By-Law in order to build a house on a lot at #11 Webster Rd , which contains 11,400 ft instead of the required 15,500 ft. Oneida Corp (Drummer Bov) - For a special permit to subdivide a tract of land according to the planned unit development requirements of the Town of Lexington The tract of land is located at #495 Bed- ford St , comprises approximately 50 acres of land and is more commonly known as the "Drummer Boy" land Julius G Winkler - Granted Donald J & Susan M Watson - Granted Oscar Cormier - Granted Oneida Corp (Drummer Boy) - Granted The meeting adjourned at 9 50 p m Dorothy W.
