BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING
September 10, 1968
A regular meeting of the Lexington Boatd of Appeals was held on
Tuesday, September 10, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room,
Town Office Building. Present were Acting Chairman Abbott, regular
members Sheldon, Dawes and associate members Morey and Blaisdell.
The following petitions were heard:
Laurence Shanks for permission to vary the Lexington Zoning By -
Law for permission to build an addition to the existing dwelling at
10 Hillcrest Ave., which will have a 25.6' frontage instead of the
required 30 ft.
Edwin R. & Eva M. Johnson for permission to vary the Lexington
Zoning By -Law for permission to alter the existing garage at 4 Watson
Rd. which extends beyond the lot line and into the adjoining lot, by
reducing its width so that the garage as altered will have a side yard
of 5.5 ft. at the boundary instead of the required 10 ft., and to per-
mit the maintenance of the garage as so altered.
Mystic Valley Mental Health Association, Inc. for permission to
construct an addition to the present building at 186 Bedford St. to
provide additional office space for the mental health clinic.
Ralph DiBacco for a variance of the Lexington Zoning By -Law for
permission to build a single family house on the lot at 3 Patricia
Terrace. This lot has a 12 ft. right of way from Patricia Terrace to
the adjoining lot. The only frontage on the lot is the 12 ft. right
of way.
Anthony R. Cataldo for a special permit
which was destroyed by fire on the premises
does not conform to the By -Law for use.

The meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
