Camenzind - to vary the Lexington Zoning By-law in order to cons ruc a wo car garage attached to the property located on 168 North St. which will result in a side yard of 9 ft. instead of the re- quired 15 ft. James L. Jones - for permission to construct a lean-to greenhouse, 21 ft. x 9-574 N. a 45 Middle St. to be used as a conservatory. The Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints - to vary the Lexington Zoning By-law in order to construct a church steeple on the new church construction at 1386 MasF. Ave. which will be 70 ft., or 5 ft. over the regulation height for such construction. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur- ing which the following decisions were reached: George and Louise Murphy - granted Mrs. Willens MacDonald - denied Francis R. Heiligmann - granted Hans R. Camenzind - denied James L. Jones - granted The Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints - during the conversation it developed that he had not included on top of the steeple the cross and lightning rod so actually should have requested for a variation of 12 ft. instead of 5 ft. addition. Petition was granted for 77 ft., or 12 ft. over the regular height for such construc- tion, it being understood that the main construction of the steeple would be only 5 ft. over regular height but that the top of the cross and lightning rod would extend 7 ft. above, thus making a total variation of 12 ft
