HomeMy WebLinkAbout1963-11-05BOARu OF APPEALS HEARING ' November 5, 1963 A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, November 5, 1963, at 7:30 P.M. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, Members Abbott, Hoyt, Ripley and associate member llawes. The following petitions were heard: Thomas A. Napoli for permission to sell Christmas trees at 23 Middle Street. Eleanora Hutchinson for permission to build a garage at 219 Lincoln Street which would have less than the required frontage. Joseph A. Hingston for permission to erect a garage at 181 Blossom Street which would have insufficient side yard. Edward J. Gilbert for permission to maintain a vestibule which is already under construction at 43 Brandon Street and which has in- sufficient side yard. ' Edmund J. Waldron for permission to build a carport on his premises at 385 Lowell street which would have insufficient side yard. John Bresnihan for permission to maintain a dwelling at 103 Wood Street with insufficient side yard. P. Barbieri for permission to operate a foreign car sales and parts service at the corner of Lowell and North Streets. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions reached: Thomas A. Napoli - granted Eleanora Hutchinson - granted Joseph A. Hingston - denied Edward J. Gilbert - granted Edmund J. Waldron - granted John Bresnihan - granted P. Barbieri - granted All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file under the name of each petitioner. The meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M. Louise M. Macomber, Clerk
