HomeMy WebLinkAbout1963-09-17 BOARD OF AYYEALS HEARING September 17,1963 A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, September 17, 1963, at 7 30 p.m, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building Present were Chairman Nickerson, members Ripley, Hoyt and Wadsworth, and associate member Howard H Dawes The following petitions were heard. Sacred Heart Parish for permission to build a roofed open porch protection over granite steps at entrance of Sacred Heart Church, Follen Road S Ilan Skersey for permission to construct a swimming pool at 25 Hastings Road which would have insufficient rear and side yard setbacks Wesley C Nelson for permission to erect a dwelling on lots 159 and 160 on Fottler Avenue which would have insufficient front yard setback. Richard G Seed for permission to remove up to 50,000 cubic yards of fill in conjunction with the construction of a private swimming pond to be located at 258 East Street At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- ing which the above requests were discussed, and the following deci- sions reached Sacred Heart Parish - granted S.
