A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was
held on Tuesday, September 17, 1963, at 7:30 P.M. in the
Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. Present were Chairman
Nickerson, members Ripley, Hoyt and Wadsworth, and associate
member Howard H. J)awes.
The following petitions were heard:
Sacred Heart Parish_ for permission to build a roofed open porch
protection over granite steps at entrance of Sacred Heart Church,
Follen Road.
S. flan Skersey for permission to construct a swimming pool at
25 Hastings Road which would have insufficient rear and side yard
setbacks.
Wesley C. Nelson for permission to erect a dwelling on lots 159
and 160 on Fottler Avenue which would have insufficient front yard
setback.
' Richard G. _Seed for permission to remove up to 50,000 cubic yards
of fill in conjunction with the construction of a private swimming pond
to be located at 258 East Street.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur-
ing which the above requests were discussed, and the following deci-
sions reached:
Sacred Heart Parish - granted
S. Alan Skersey - denied
Wesley C. Nelson - denied
Richard G. Seed - denied
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file under the name of each petitioner.
The meeting adjourned at 10:50 p.m.
