September 10,1963
A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held
on Tuesday, September 10, 19633 at 7:30 P.M. in the Selectmen's Room,
Town Office Building. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular mem-
bers lR.ipley, Wadsworth and Abbott, and associate member Mrs. Morey.
Mr. Abbott presided as Chairman for the evening.
The following petitions were heard:
Mrs. Viola Norlin for permission to continue operation of a
kindergarten at her home, lld Burlington Street.
Mrs. Nancy Schock, for permission to continue operation of a
kindergarten at her home, 8 Marrett Road..
Mr. Anthony viRocco for permission to erect a house on Lot #2
Dunham Street which is an unaccepted way.
Mr. Fred W. Meurling for permission to erect an implement shed
which would have insufficient side and rear yards.
Mr. H. I. Currier for permission to complete the structure of
a building, the foundation of which has already been constructed. The
building would have insufficient frontage and would be partially on C 1
and partially on R 1 area.
Mr. Herbert C. Siegert for permission to use private residence
on 132 Follen Road for occasional consultations in the private prac-
tice of psychiatry.
The T & N Realty 'frust for a determination that site plans and
building designs constitute a desirable development in and will not
be a detriment to the neighborhood.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held
during which the above requests were discussed, and the following de-
cisions reached:
Viola Norlin - granted
Nancy Schock - granted
Anthony LiRocco - denied
Fred Meurling - granted
H. 1. Currier - denied
Herbert Siegert - denied
T & N Realty 'Trust - granted.
' All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file under the name of each petitioner. The meeting adjourned at 11:15 p.m.
