HomeMy WebLinkAbout1963-07-09BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS 1 July 9, 1963 A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, July 9, 1963 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Abbott and Hoyt and associate members Farwell and Ricker. The following petitions were heard: Kennecott Corp: -for permission to erect a solid bronze sign at the driveway entrance to Ledgemont Laboratory at 128 Spring Street, said sign to replace temporary sign previously granted. Leo P. and Athena T. Kutrubes for permission to build an addition to garage at 12 Wheeler Road which would result in insufficient side yard. Caryl Realty Trust for permission to erect dwelling and/or offer for sale as building lot for dwelling Lot 8 on Green Lane, which lot does not have the required area or frontage due to lana taking by the Common- wealth of Massachusetts. Bernard J. Belcastro for permission to install an outdoor fire -es- cape in lieu of a second indoor stairway at 22 Muzzey Street, which is rented to the Mystic Valley Mental Health Assn. for a Child Guidance ' Clinic and Association Administration Offices. At -the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions reached: Kennecott Corp. - granted Leo P. and Athena T. Kutrubes - granted Caryl Realty Trust - granted Bernard J. Belcastro - granted All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file under the name of the petitioner. Louise M.
