HomeMy WebLinkAbout1963-06-04BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS I June 4, 1963 A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, June 4, 1963 at 7:30 P.M. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Hoyt and Wadsworth, and associate members Dawes and Ricker. The following petitions were heard: William A. Myers for permission to subdivide Lot 8, 484 Concord Avenue, into Lots 73 and 74, and to convey Lot 74 to abutting Lot 17, 4 Barberry Road. Gabriel J. Pica for permission to erect a dwelling at 5 Rindge Avenue which would have side yards of 6k ft. on the right-hand side and 818+, on the left-hand side instead of the required 10 ft. Jacob Rice for permission to use the entire building at 2 Forest Street as an office for the practice of medicine. Daniel Busa for permission to install ice vending machine at the north end of block of stores at 145 Massachusetts Avenue. Paolo Puma for permission to subdivide a parcel of land at 127 Woburn Street on which there is an existing house into two lots, each lot having a frontage of 118 ft. instead of the required 150 ft. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions reached: William A. Myers - granted Gabriel J. Pica - granted Jacob Rice - denied Daniel Busa - granted Paolo Puma - granted All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file under the name of each petitioner. Ruth C.
