A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on
Tuesday, March 12, 1963 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Mr. Hoyt acting as
Chairman pro tem, regular members Abbott, Ripley, Wadsworth and asso-
ciate member Ricker.
The following petitions were heard:
Robert T. Dunham._Jr. for permission to subdivide parcel of land
at 4 Sylvia Street on corner of Massachusetts Avenue, leaving existing
dwelling on one part, which dwelling would have insufficient setback and
side yard, and building a commercial building on the other part, which
building would have insufficient setbacks and parking area.
Angelo Busa'for permission to continue operation of roadside stand
at 137 Grant Street for the sale of vegetables and eggs.
Lloyd H. Miller for permission to continue to operate roadside
stand at 973 Concord Turnpike for the sale of poultry, eggs, fruit and
vegetables.
Wilson Farm, Inc. for permission to continue to operate roadside
stand adjacent to #6 Pleasant Street.
' At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions
reached:
Robert T. llunham - granted
Angelo Busa - granted
Lloyd H. Miller - granted
Wilson Farm - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file under the name of each petitioner.
