February 12, 1963
A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on
Tuesday, February 12, 1963, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Build-
ing. Present were Chairman Nickerson, members Hoyt, Ripley and Wads-
worth, and associate member Morey.
The following petitions were heard:
F. J. Sanderson for permission to maintain house at 77 Wellington
Lane Ave. which will have a setback of approximately 26.5' instead of
the required 30'.
Mr. and Mrs. Leo Dunn for permission to erect a two -car garage
at 5d Hill St. which will have a side yard of only 1 ft. instead of
the required 15 ft., and a setback of 20 ft. instead of the required
30 ft.
Lexington Lodge B.P.O.Elks #2204 for permission to build a home
for their organization on parcel of land next to 979 Waltham St.
Robert T. Dunham. Jr. for permission to subdivide parcel of land,
' Lots 3 and 4. at 4 Sylvia St. on corner of Massachusetts Ave., leaving
existing dwelling on one part and building a new duplex dwelling on
the othar part.
Lexington Motor Inn for p;rmission to erect a directional sign,
3' x 10' on property of the Raytheon Company on Route 128 near Weston
St.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the above requests were discussed, and the following decisions
reached:

Lexington Motor Inn - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
