' AUGUST 14, 1962
A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on
August 14, 1962 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. Present
were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ballard, Hoyt, and Ripley, and
associate member Morey.
The following petitions were heard:
Temple Emunah - permission to erect a building for religious and
educational use on a parcel of land near junction of Concord Turnpike
and Blossom St. which does not have required frontage.
Leo Enrico - permission to build a house on the corner of Bartlett
Ave. and Pear�St. which would have not the required front and rear yards.
Ernest E. Outhet - permission to install and operate eight coin -
opera ed dry c eaning machines at 407 Waltham St.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
' Temple Emunah - granted
Leo Enrico - granted
Ernest E. Outhet - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file
under the name of each petitioner.
