' July 10, 1962
A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on
Tuesday, July 10, 1962, in the Selectmens Room, Town Office Building
on Tuesday, July 105 1962. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular
members Ballard and Ripley, and associate members Hoyt and Morey.
The following petitions were heard:
Temple Emunah for permission to construct a building of third
class construction for religious and educational use at junction of
Concord Turnpike and Blossom St.
Clarence Pierce. Jr. for permission to maintain dwelling and
garage at 193 Cedar St. with insufficient side yards.
G. H. Osgood for permission to extend and widen existing porch of
non -conforming dwelling at 573 Marrett Rd.
Charlisle L. Dieter for permission to erect tool shed at right rear
corner of lot at 217 East St. which would not have sufficient rear and
side yard.
' Frederic K. Johnson for permission to enlarge existing garage build-
ing at 39-1l Bedford St.
Charles Kinigsley for permission to demolish a single car garage and
construct a two car garage at 16 Franklin Road which will not have re-
quired side yard.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were reached.
Temple Emunah - denied,;.
Clarence Pierce, Jr. - granted
G. H. Osgood - granted
Carlisle L. Dieter - granted
Frederic K. Johnson - granted
Charles Kingsley - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file
under the name of each petitioner.
