BOARD OF APPEALS HERRINGS
June 19, 1962
A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held in
the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, June 19, 1962.
Present were Chairman.Nickerson, regular members Ballard and Ripley,
and associate members Hoyt and Wadsworth.
The following petitions were heard:
Lynn J Pollock for permission to erect an addition to dwelling at
30 York St. which will not have sufficient setback.
Mrs. Richard Tracey for permission to alter and make additions to
a non -conforming dwelling at 5 Butler Avenue.
Lex Wood Poultry Farms, Inc. for permission to change lot lines at
164 Wood St. which does not have sufficient area or frontage.
Marion B. Crane for permission to vary Sec. 8(a)2 of the Zoning by-
law of the Town of Lexington so that petitioner may sell Lots #7 and #8,
Block 17, Bertwell Rd., each lot being 30' x 1101, as a building lot 60'
X 110'.
Minola Black for permission to modify lot line of property on corner
of 11 Highland Ave. and Minola Rd. which would result in two lots with
insufficient area and the lot at 11 Highland Ave. would have insufficient
rear yard.
Hichael P. George to permission to maintain radio antenna 50' in
height, with insufficient side yard at 161 Concord Ave.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
Lynn J. Pollock - granted
Mrs. Richard Tracey - granted
Lex -Wood Poultry Farms, Inc. - granted
Marion B. Crane - denied
Minola Black - granted
Michael P. George - granted for one year
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file
under the name of each petitioner.
