HomeMy WebLinkAbout1962-03-13BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS ' .March 13, 1962 A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, March 13, 1962, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Build- ing, Lexington. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Norris and Ripley, and associate members Abbott and Wadsworth. The following petitions stere heard: Harold Johansson for permission to relocate existing house at 30 Blossom Street on land remaining after State taking. James L. Haded for permission to relocate existing house at 46 Blossomcrest Road on land remaining after State taking. Marie C. Stone for permission to erect a dwelling on Lots 20 and 21 Ward Street which would have insufficient setback on the abutting street. William H. Hamilton for permission to subdivide parcel of land on the corner of Worthen Road and Massachusetts Avenue into two lots. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decisions were reached: ' Harold Johansson - denied James L. Haded - denied Marie C. Stone - denied William H.
